PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: September 27, 2026
WeAnchor LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("WeAnchor," "we," "us"), operates this website and the WeAnchor Partner Portal at weanchor.studio. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It applies to both.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you type: your first and last name, email address, business name, phone number if you provide one, your current website address if you have one, and whatever you write in the message field. We also record which option you selected for what you have now, the page you submitted from, and the time you submitted.
When you move forward and sign up in the WeAnchor Partner Portal, we collect your business name, contact name, email address, phone number, industry, and service area, and you enter your card details to pay the one-time build fee and start your service.
Your card details go directly to Stripe, our payment processor. WeAnchor never sees, handles, or stores your full card number. What comes back to us is a customer record, the last four digits, the card brand, and whether a payment succeeded — enough to service your account and nothing more. Because we sell digital services only, we never collect a shipping address.
We do not ask for, and do not want, other sensitive personal information such as government identifiers, health information, or bank account numbers.
Why we collect it
To respond to your inquiry, to decide whether we're a good fit for each other, and to prepare a proposal if we are. If you become a client, we also use your details to bill you, deliver the service, and keep the records our tax obligations require. That's it. We don't sell your information, we don't rent it, and we don't share it with advertisers.
Who handles it
Form submissions on this website are processed by Formspree, which delivers them to us by email, and by Make (make.com), the workflow automation service that passes each enquiry into our records. Payments in the Partner Portal are processed by Stripe, which handles your card details under its own privacy terms and its PCI-DSS obligations. Our website and portal are hosted by a third-party hosting provider. All of these companies process this data on our behalf. We may also store your details in our customer relationship system so we can keep track of the conversation.
How long we keep it
If we work together, for as long as we're working together plus whatever period our records and tax obligations require — billing and transaction records are generally kept for seven years. If we don't, we keep your inquiry for up to twenty-four months in case you come back, then delete it.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses only the cookies necessary to make it work. The Partner Portal additionally loads Stripe, which sets the cookies it needs for payment processing and fraud prevention. We do not run advertising trackers or sell behavioural data. If we add analytics in future, we'll update this page before we do.
Your choices
Email us at founder@weanchor.io and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We'll respond within thirty days. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time and we will. Some records we're required to keep for tax and accounting purposes can't be deleted on request; we'll tell you if that applies.
Children
This site is for business owners. It isn't directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
