SERVICE POLICY

Plain answers to what's included, what isn't, and how we work. WeAnchor provides digital services only — website design, build, hosting and maintenance — and nothing is shipped. This page describes our standard approach; the agreement you accept in the Partner Portal is what actually governs your engagement.

What every build includes

Structure and page planning built around how your customers decide. Custom design in your brand — never a stock template. Photo selection, cleanup, and art direction from the images you have. All copywriting, written by us and approved by you. A mobile-first build tested on real devices. Click-to-call, directions, hours, and contact forms. Menus, galleries, events, or booking where your business needs them. Search foundations and your Google Business Profile connected. Domain, SSL, and launch handled end to end.

What ongoing care includes

Hosting, backups, and security monitoring. Content edits when your hours, menu, specials, or team change. Uptime and speed kept in check. You email us; we make the change. You never log into anything.

Approvals and revisions

There are two approval points: the design, before we build, and the finished site, before it goes live. Each includes a round of revisions. Changes that alter the agreed scope — new pages, a different direction after approval, features not in the proposal — are quoted separately before any work starts. We will never do extra work and surprise you with it.

Turnaround

We respond to messages within one business day. Routine content edits are made within two business days. Anything urgent — the site is down, or something is wrong that's costing you customers — is handled the same day.

What we don't do

Custom web applications, customer portals, and large e-commerce catalogs. Paid advertising. Social media management. Original photography or video production. Ongoing content writing beyond the pages in your build. If you need any of those, we'll tell you honestly and point you somewhere better rather than doing it badly.

Your material

The faster we get your logo, photographs, hours, and service list, the faster we start. If we haven't received what we need within thirty days of kickoff, we'll pause the project and pick it back up when you're ready.

Billing

A one-time build fee when you sign up, which includes your domain if we buy it for you. It covers the build and your first month. Your first monthly fee is charged 37 days after that payment, and your 12-month service term begins on that date, at a fixed monthly fee that does not rise during the term, billed monthly in advance through Stripe. After those 12 months the service continues month to month, and you can cancel with thirty days' notice. Cancelling during the 12-month term carries an early termination fee of three months of your monthly fee, or the rest of your term, whichever is less. Full billing terms are in our Terms of Service.

If you leave

Your domain is yours and always will be. If you go, it goes with you, in your name, within fourteen days, along with every customer enquiry your site has collected. You keep your logo, photographs, brand and anything else you supplied. The website itself stays with us: we build it, we maintain it, and your monthly fee is what keeps it running, so our design, code and the copy we wrote don't leave with you. We will never hold your domain, your brand or your customer records back, and we won't make leaving difficult. We do ask that you complete the 12-month term you signed up for, or settle the early termination fee instead.
